How To Become a CDA Member

 To join CDA Ltd, you can use the Online  Membership Forms via our website. 

Prices and payment details are on the Membership form.

CDA will process your application and send your membership numbers to you.

 Please note, in order to be eligible to enter a competition, membership  and dog registration applications and changes must be received at least  14 days prior to close of entries for that competition. 

This applies to  new memberships, renewal of memberships, new dog registrations .
